BalletBums is a super exciting dance based fitness class! We take all of the fun bits of ballet and combine them to create a class where you don’t even realise you are doing a work out. No leotards or ballet shoes are required, you just need yourself, water and perhaps a towel! We have 2 classes – TONE and SWEAT – here on a Monday I will be starting with SWEAT which is more of a cardio based class. TONE is more of a gentle pace and I am hoping to be able to start that class soon. You don’t need any experience in ballet and you don’t have to be super fit – classes are tailored to your individual needs and with small class sizes we offer a unique experience as you will get individual attention to ensure you get the most out of your work out.

City of Coventry Male Voice Choir

At one time in Coventry there were fifteen male voice choirs – that was in the days when the city was a major centre of manufacturing, particularly in the motor industry. The City choir is now the only one left still singing in traditional four part harmony.
